We can’t wait to welcome you back through our doors however we have had to make some adjustments to the way we operate in order to keep customers and staff as safe as possible. Here at Street our level of service and customer experience are at the forefront of our values, so during this time we are working hard so that you are able to enjoy your time with us safely.

 

Reservations

Bookings are available as normal, however the capacity and maximum table sizes have been changed in order to comply with restrictions so booking a table is highly recommended in order to avoid disappointment.

Due to the seating plan forced upon us by government guidelines, we can no longer accept groups over 4 people and unfortunately at this time are unable to accommodate pushchairs. Tables should consist of guests from a maximum of 2 households or support bubbles.

By booking with us you confirm all members of your group are currently fit, healthy and are not showing any symptoms of COVID-19, are not in a household or support bubble with someone who has symptoms, and are not currently being advised to self-isolate as part of the NHS Test & Trace service.

To safely operate within the government guidelines, we are unable to book 2 tables for groups to sit next to each other. Increased distance between tables and new perspex screen dividers simply make conversations between tables impossible, which may present situations where tables break the social distancing rules in place. This could then put us in a difficult situation to keep all other customers and staff safe. As we go forward, as with our risk assessment we will be continually reassessing these policies and hopefully will have more opportunity for larger groups in the future. Please continue to check our website homepage for the most up to date guidance.

We advise you to arrive 5 minutes before your booking. Please note that if you are more than 5 minutes late, your table may be released.

Your table will be reused after 2 hours. We also ask you to leave your table in good time before the next booking arrives, for us to be able to thoroughly sanitise the area in time for the next table.


Menus

As you may already know, Street has been working with a reduced menu, this was put in place in order to be able to keep the kitchen and front of house staff safe during the lockdown. This menu will be maintained for the time being, with gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options still available. Menus will be paper and disposed of after use.  Food will be available in-house and for take-away.


Opening Hours

Street will be open Wednesday - Friday 5pm - 9pm, Saturday & Sunday 12pm - 9pm.


Ordering & Service

As per government guidance, all areas will now be seated only. All orders must be taken at the table by one of our dedicated waiting staff, at this time customers will not be able to place orders at the bar. Contactless payment is strongly encouraged.


Hygiene

Sanitising stations are placed throughout the premises for both customers and staff. All touch points and surfaces will be sanitised by staff as frequently as possible and every table will be thoroughly cleaned down before a new customer is seated. Tables will be clear of any settings, with fresh cutlery provided as required.  

For service staff and staff within confined spaces it is mandatory to wear masks. We also ask you to leave your table in good time before the next booking arrives, for us to be able to thoroughly sanitise the area for the next booking slot.
