in the interests of safely meeting our guests dietary restrictions, we unfortunately cannot cater to those with a sesame allergy. this is a decision made due to the strong risk of cross contamination, with sesame seeds present in all sections of the kitchen.

We hold a 5* food hygiene rating from Coventry City Council, and Our kitchen takes all possible reasonable steps to avoid any risk of cross contamination.
Our food is prepared in a busy open kitchen where allergens are handled alongside allergen free ingredients.
while particular allergens may not be added to our dishes or even used in our kitchen, some ingredients from suppliers are listed as "may contain", meaning OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL an allergen may be present in the manufacturing process or supply chain.
for these reasons, and with the individualised nature of allergies and food sensitivities, guests with severe high-risk allergies should be aware that we cannot guarantee any of our food is 100% allergen free.
For their own safety, any guest with a severe allergy should bring their prescribed emergency medication (such as an adrenaline auto-injector/Epi-Pen).
